The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines these three sins against the faith in this way:
2089 Incredulity is the neglect of revealed truth or the willful refusal to assent to it.
"Heresy is the obstinate post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same;
apostasy is the total repudiation of the Christian faith;
I don't see how this is any different than what the majority of RF Jews have been saying.A person can freely choose to leave the Catholic Church if they so desire. We will not shun them or cut them off. If any Catholic does, they are not showing charity.
