So here's a question. Do you believe in ghosts or spirits, why or why not?
absolutely they occur. the question is, is what are they?
I think some events/accounts are honest to goodness spirits, but not the majority of them.

I tend to gravitate towards other natural phenomena explanations first before declaring something to be of an actual spirit.
IE tricks of the mind, or things that affect the mind, possibly even psychic imprintations on objects.

But i've had prayers answered pretty directly so I know that there are things such as Gods and Spirits, and that they can have an influence on the physical world we experience. But that such is rare.

Everything that has happened to me that would be labeled as paranormal I have tried to explain with a rational mind. Some stuff can be caused my a person not getting enough sleep or medication and natural forces. I will say that there have been cases where I could not find a logical explanation for what has happened. I think it's possible something is out there but I can't say what it is.

I voted "maybe" as I hold an agnostic position here.
I wont deny that they could exist, but I have yet to see convincing evidence.

Could you have possibly found a more fuzzy, out-of-focus video? What did they record that on, a potato?
Doesn't that almost always seem to be the case with these videos?
You would think someone would at least be able to film something like this clearly.

Maybe. I'm leaning towards there existing positive and negative principalities instead that might attempt to influence us.

So here's a question. Do you believe in ghosts or spirits, why or why not?

Yes. I have seen them. My family has. My neighbors. My mother and I (different settings) were held down by spirits.

Why? Other than personal experience, hearsay, and by belief, no objective (no cameras) can be used to spot spirits. Kind of like trying to use a hand held camera to take a picture of your friend on the other side of the world. You know they exist. Hand held cameras wont do the trick of a good photo.

Oh...and "ghosts" seems to Hollidwoodish for me to use.

I'd love to hear more about that, please.

My mother described it like you see in Six Sense movie (before it came out). To me, it was like someone was holding my wrists and his oe her full weight on top of me. Some events, I cant move...like someone paralized me but i can still feel and move my limbs but something or one was preventing me to.

Nowadays, since we moved out the area, most I have are feelings someone is warning me of something. Other times its so abrupt. Like someone yanked me back from getting it by a passing car since I do a lot of walking. (Cant drive)

The spirits I know for sure exist are those that protect us. Family members watch over us in interesting ways. I find the movies have something in them that people overlook. As imagination is sparked by a collection of someones experiences and facts jumbled into stories or films.

Its not the "scary ghost" type spirits. I feel even atheist can believe in spirits. My family never treated their existence in any religious context. Just another part of life as with anything else.

I'd love to hear more about that, please.

No, I don't believe in ghost or spirits, like god they have never truly been proven.

I think its more the other way around. We make life into a supernatural deal. We have preconceptions of what a spirit (even to call it spirit) is supppsed to look like. When we dont have something that meets pur preconceptions, they "dont exist."

I also think that we put too much religiousness on the unseen, if one likes. Its a mystery and its true. I havent experienced walking on the moon. That experience is individual. People have done it but they cant prove their experience is real because i am not them. They cant prove it to each other because each person is different.

Likewise with spirits. Its nothing special. If we dont experience something as others claim doesnt mean it isnt true. Just like walking on the moon, some get to do it, others not.

Were you sleeping or just waking up or going to sleep?

You would think, right?

No. One instince I was fully aware. Unfortunetly, for the testimony, you can only be in three comfy positions. Stand, sit, or lay.

I was lying on my back. I dont know how my arms got to the sides. It felt like weights. I looked up it up medically. Many people who "say" they felt spirits could have had their sugsr level drop or mini stroke. There are many ways to explain away a spirit experience.

The times I was yanked, that was so abrupt that I couldnt have done it intitionally and didnt trip.
