Most reincarnation believers also believe there is an afterlife period before the next incarnation. So, it is not considered to occur 'all of a sudden' as you say.

I tend to approach things as they are now. It (life) certainly happened. No past viable memories of either myself nor any loved ones.

Still, that undeniable fact of one's own birth and life shows its not something impossible at all. Suffice to say since it happened, there's absolutely no reason this experience cannot ever happen again in a similar fashion albeit what form, time, and place would be the million dollar question.

It's not like the make up of life gets destroyed upon death. Things just rearrange until conditions and circumstances are right again to make the lights click back on.

Yes I believe in reincarnation because the body dies but not your spirit and soul they live on ,so I believe that the soul is reborn into this world to continue on learning about your spiritual journey and to continue to experience different aspects of life on earth and to reach higher spiritual plains to evolve to the place of enlightenment, and to discover your soul purpose that your Creator has designed especially for you. I also feel that what you believe in while alive will be your reality after death, if you believe in heaven and hell then you will go to heaven or hell. if you believe that you just simply don't exist then you will cease to exist after you die or if you believe in angels and ghost after you die that you will become that.
