I agree with that statement. Although I have to say that there are men and women here I find attractive personality-wise, at least as much as you can know someone through text. I couldn't go so far as to say I find anyone sexy though....too little information.
What else attracts me to a person (on a forum) is kind of standard really. I like men and women who can spell and put together a sentence coherently on a regular basis. And, if their style of communication is easy flowing, humorous and intelligent, well, it's hard not to find that especially appealing. However, I cannot stand intellectual snobs. UGH.
There are a few men (and women) here on RF who I would love to spend time with IRL. They would probably be surprised if I were to tell them, too.

I don't tend to think of people that way on here. I just don't. I know I've seen one pic of a guy on here that I thought was very good-looking, but that's it.
I think of people here more as friends/allies/enemies. Some people I think are great people and some not so much. But I don't think I've ever used the word "sexy" to describe how I think of people here...aside from maybe that one pic
