Do you have 100% Belief in Your Religion?

Do you believe in your religion 100% or do you still have doubts. Belief is the most critical ingredient of religion and if it's lacking then so is your religion. Religion after all should provide you with comfort. If you're uncomfortable with aspects of your faith, maybe it's time to alter it.

At the Church of Possibility we strive for 100% belief. We recognize that every single person has their own unique religion, even if that religion is under the umbrella of a larger more established faith.

We want you to share your religion with us, create a new one, alter an existing one or discover a belief that is more to your liking.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
I keep my personal beliefs open based on whatever is experienced. If I could quantify experience, I suppose it could be regarded as being 100%.

I can honestly say that I believe in my religion 100%. Of course, it took being dead 4 times to come to that conclusion and most people are not so fortunate...(unfortunate).

I do believe 100% in my religion, Hopism. The tenets of Hopism are fairly simple:

1. Hopists accept the truth that no one knows what occurs after death. 2. Hopists recognize the original ideas they already possess or accept new possibilities which appeal to them.
3. Hopism encourages everyone to think for themselves and advises against seeking out gurus who are paid to think for you.
4. You can join the Church of Hopism anytime anywhere and leave the same way. Your religion can be kept private or shared as you wish.

My 'religion' has nothing at all to do with 'belief'.

'As If'ing' yes- Suspension of Disbelief (for a purpose) yes- Belief, no.

So, 0% belief. and that's the way I like it.

What (exactly) are you hoping, or hopping, for?

What (exactly) are you hoping, or hopping, for?

Right now I'm hoping that our universe doesn't just exist in some advanced civilizations laboratory.

Mainly I'm just rejecting all ideas from other minds who tell me what I 'should know.' I guess my main hope is that there is a purpose to everything. I haven't found it yet, but I'm hopeful I will.

So do you believe that you're alive?

I experience a life.

I do not believe this however.

There is no need to 'believe' the things you know (ie...experience).

You can believe things about what you experience, sure,
you can apply labels and reasons and philosophies
but the experience itself .... is simply... experience.
(and requires no belief)

I take note of things.
I intuit things.
I choose things i like,
and things that appear to benefit me.
I try to spend a majority of my time
doing what i enjoy,
and when that doesn't work,
at least attempting to enjoy what I am doing.

In any case,
you originally asked about belief in one's Religion.

I know my experience of life.
I also know my experience of what one might call my 'religion'.
Is my 'religion' a part of my life? sure.
But it is a very specific area of my life,
that is really more like a Self Serving Art Form
than anything else.

My 'religion' springs DIRECTLY from my Own Image'in'ation.

I don't believe this.
I know it.
That is, I Am the Initiatory and Creative Source,
behind My Own My'thology.
My Own My'thos.
It is all In'Spired.

Other things that occur,
in relation to (and, as a result of) the 'suspension of disbelief' that ... propels the initiatory acts of my 'religion',
I do not know how or why they unfold/come into being as they do.
The outcome has a 'magical' (beautiful, positive) influence on my life,
and the wonder'ful synchronicities... the actual-objective/subjective reason/s for their occurance...
are simply a lovely mystery to me.

I found when reading the Quran that it is truly a unique book, it has no contradictions within itself, and it portrays one message of complete belief in the unseen God. I also found when reading the Bible, that alot of the same things are mentioned. I wonder if the Abrahamic religions all started from one religion, one message that got divided some how?

Great answer. Experience explains your view of this life, but do you have any belief regarding what happens after death?
