What are the funniest costumes you guys have ever seen?

Last year, a friend of mine wanted to dress up as Jesus. Since I go to a Catholic school, it was a bit of a touchy issue and he had to get special permission. Well, 'Halloween Dress Up Day' came, and he walked in wearing sandals, a white robe, and a RAINBOW CLOWN WIG! I don't know if I've ever laughed so hard in my life! Oh the humanity!

The funniest costume I've ever seen... I can't repeat it here, but normally I'm not one who finds certain body parts inherently funny, but I do when they are 6-feet tall and walking around downtown Cedar Rapids for no apparent reason. Traffic is crazy here at the best of times, but I found a lot of people were slowing down their cars in order to see something on the sidewalk. Since I was inside at the time, during clinic training for massage therapy, I walked out to see what the fuss was. Here was this guy, dressed up, waving at everyone and grinning like a maniac- and headed down the sidewalk in my general direction.

I ran back inside as quickly as I could. It took my cognitive abilities a long time to process.

Don't really celebrate Halloween here in Japan... I mean, I could go door to door as a gaijin with a bag. Would probably get more police calls than candy though. In fact, I don't think I'd get any candy...

I havn't done Halloween for 4 years anyway... I usually just get stuck with 'hand out candy' duty.

I want you to ask me that after I've witnessed Bastet dashing down the street in a Zombie Dingo costume chased by Steve Irwin shouting "Crikey!" The mere thought of witnessing that has given something to live for.

Halloween isn't really 'done' here, so there'll be no trick-or-treating, and no dressing up. *sigh* I wanna go trick-or-treating!!

Well it looks like I'm not going to go this year at all. Some churches had their panties in a wad about Halloween being on Sunday, so the town is having it Thursday night before Halloween (how stupid is that? :sarcastic ). I have class on Thurday nights, so no Trick-or-Treating for me.
