No, but then I'm not generally a fan of pork chops. They seem to be almost always rather dry, fibrous and tough. Though they can be good in casseroles with cider and apple or red wine and prunes. But then the question of ketchup does not arise. Thank goodness.:confused:

(I've recently discovered pork cheeks, though, which are far better all round in casseroles.)

What kind?

There's a local Indian sauce named 'Druk' which i usually purchase. Its made with not so famous chillies and its not that hot either. To get a feel of a moderate amount of heat i mostly have to drain half of the bottle. :D But i wouldn't recommend Druk to any hot sauce lovers.

Lately i've been doing some searching online, and came across a couple more sauces. The reviews on amazon says they have a good amount of heat and i'm really looking forward to try them.

Here they are-
1) Naagin - Kantha bomb
(made with Kanthari green chillies that grows in the southern state of Kerala, India. It is medium spicy (but hotter than the current Druk sauce that i have). It has a Scoville Heat Unit of 50,000.

2) Sprig Bhut Jolokia Sauce
(... made with a type of ghost pepper called "bhut jolokia" which literally means Bhutan pepper. Its an interspecific hybrid chilli pepper cultivated in Northeast India. The amazon reviews says this one is really really hot. I'm really excited to try this. But TBH, im also a little afraid. I'm gonna make sure i have enough sweets and milk in my home while trying this. :p It has a Scoville Heat Unit of 75,000.

I wanna try that second one. I just got off a Bhutanese food kick, and that would have been perfect.

Just found this- Bhut jolokia's burn: Man eats world's hottest chilli to win bet, ends up with a hole in his throat.

A 47-year-old man thought it would be cool to take part in a contest and chew down a hamburger stuffed with ghost peppers AKA Bhut Jolokia.

He was reduced to severe abdominal pain, chest pain, unstoppable vomiting, and had a hole in his food pipe. It burnt a 2-and-a-half centimeter hole in his oesophagus.

If you're still thinking of trying the second sauce, don't take more than a teeny weeny drop.
