Do you play any instrument?

Only instrument I currently play is the didgeridoo. However I am seriously thinking about picking up the guitar again.... toyed with classical guitar and mandolin too, but I am not going to go back to classical. I was a guitarist in a garage band many MANY years ago too. I was even planing on going to Berkley College of Music in Boston. But then I moved and then one day I just could not get myself to play guitar anymore, so.... they have gathered dust for years.....

I have started meddling with Harmonica about two weeks ago, despite having virtually no musical education nor talent to speak of.

As it happens, the Harmonica is a very forgiving instrument, and also a very convenient one for fancy-of-the-moment performances. Loving it!

When it came to band it was thought that the clarinet would be a good instrument for me, and it was supposed to help my asthma. I could play it, but not well probably because I was not a fan of it. Before I moved out to Washington state I bought a flute, badly in need of a complete tune up, but still learned how to play it. Again, not well. I left it behind and wish that I had not. Who knows? With a tune up so that it was not so leaky and I might have been better at it.

Oh, and I played the harmonica a tad during my college years. As @LuisDantas said it is very forgiving. But your audience will not be.

Nothing.
Was never taught it in school.
And never sought it out.
If I had it to do over, I'd learn the piano.
Violin would be 2nd choice.
No instruments that fill up with spit.
I've always wished I learned to play piano. I can play some super basic stuff but that's about it.

I know nothing about piano playing.
I'd like to be able to play this as she does,
ie, the piano is a percussion instrument.
But at 70 years old, & with hands both needing
surgery just to turn wrenches, I'm past learning.
Catchy little tune, eh.

This would be fun too.

That's playing of the highest calibre. Very few even well-trained pianists could manage that as she does. Certainly, I could not.
