yuk!!!
I don't understand why people should mix up salted things with sugared things!

why don't you eat salmon with chocolate, then?

Can't brain. Has dumb.
Rockmelon and prosciutto. Yum!
Bacon and tomato
Marmite and banana

I like salty things with sweet things, but I don't tend to put plain salt on fruit

Salt is good on watermelon and apple slices. My family ate them that way when I was a kid. It's very rare that I put salt on anything nowadays, though.

Here! Here!....on that watermelon and apples!

Salt can be good on cantelope.

I grew up in the south, and summer was synonymous with salted watermelon. It's actually quite good.

I've never actually tried salt on watermelon and applies, but I can see where I might like the taste since I like it on cantelope. Typically, though, I wouldn't salt my fruit.

Same here, though I have family that swear by the joys of watermelon with salt. I don't enjoy it, myself.

Hehe good one guys! Keep saying stuff like this, they might actually try it!

Why on earth would you need to salt your fruit, its either you want to taste the fruit or you want to tastee salt.

So Many Gods!
I had no idea people did this. I would try this but I try to avoid adding salt to anything since so much food already has a lot of sodium in it. Plus, it would probably be too salty for my tastes.
