Do You Support Republicans Calling for Trump to Keep his Promises?

columbus

yawn <ignore> yawn
Like I said, in the spirit of his discourse he basically said he doesn't pay any taxes because of loopholes in the law. I won't nickle and dime him on every word. Do I think he is in cahoots with Putin, nope, not at all.
No.
He said "I will release my tax returns before the election ".
This is a fact. Trump lied, bigly. About something important, specifically his only real qualification for the office.

All that he ever had besides that were a bunch of implausible claims. He would build a Wall. He would stop Muslim immigration. He is the "tells it like it is 'non-politician ". None of that is true. He could at least keep the promise about his returns. But his supporters don't even expect honesty.

It doesn't bother me, As far as im concerned his taxes are between him and the IRS. But Hillary's pay to play Clinton foundation could use some more investigation.
It's not about whether you care about his tax returns. It's about whether you care that our President is honest and trustworthy.

Like I said, overall in the spirit of his discourse Trump was/is honest. You for instance appear not to be honest, pretending that honesty and trustworthiness is something you care about in a president. Your only complaint is that Trump won.

Where did this come from? You just made all that up about me out of wholecloth.

As for Trump's honesty, I think it's pretty clear that too often there's a disconnect between what he says and what we know to be true. Heck, there's often a disconnect between what Trump says and what Trump has said on some previous day. You can't put much stock in his words.

At least he doesn't say let there be a wall and there was a wall. You cannot put much stock in any words other than the word of God.
