What's coolaid? Is it like Tequila?

Perhaps I spelled it wrong. It comes in little packets and you mix it with water and sugar for a tasty punch like drink- like lemonade. Various flavors are also available. The commercial maskot is usually a giant pitcher with a smiley face yelling, "ooh cool!". I'm not sure if there is an alchoholic version that can be bought, lol.
