I found that home made beer or spirits don't give me a hangover, I think its because there is no additives, so less stress on the body, and mainly the liver.

Sort of like ECT (which is VASTLY more problematic here, and has at least as little reason for being an effective depression treatment as does alcohol). Also, all antidepressants are drugs. The line between self-medicating and psychiatric prescriptions of essentially recreational-like drugs is virtually non-existent (time was that recreational drugs had efficacy going for them compared with psychopharmaceuticals, but given the current use of special K as an anti-depressant combined with the use of amphetamines, barbiturates, etc., for mental health treatments, this line has been erased). No, it won't help you forget. It will only temporarily mask the pains, and drugs are not a wise or healthy coping method.
It's called ALCOHOL (specifically ethanol).I think its because there is no additives, so less stress on the body, and mainly the liver.
Yeah doctor, you spoke like drinking problem is something uncommon ....If alcohol made you forget, you wouldn't need to do it again because you would be "cured" from your memory. You just pay less attention to what's hurting you emotionally.
If you want to heal from emotional wounds, eventually you'll have to let it go. Spending time with a clear head in nature, moving meditation or spending time with animals like your pet dog or cat would be helpful. I would guess prayer or something might work if you're a theist. Have no experience with that, but it might be same as meditation.
For just a bad break up, he/she didn't just make a good match with you. If you got them back, would things change? Almost sure they wouldn't and you'd have to break up again sooner or later. There's plenty better choices out there.
Just something I've had to witness destroy people close to me. And I'm familiar with pain and suffering as well as coming on top.Yeah doctor, you spoke like drinking problem is something uncommon ....
Alcohol is what stresses the liver, and even scars it when abused (cirrhosis), as well as increase the chance of anemia, cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia, depression, gout, pancreatitis, nerve damage, diabetes, shrinking frontal lobe, infertility, and problems associated with dehydration. Like all other drugs, moderation must be exercised when consuming alcohol (alcohol actually has several health benefits when consumed in moderation).I found that home made beer or spirits don't give me a hangover, I think its because there is no additives, so less stress on the body, and mainly the liver.
I am not suffering, I drink to survive. Or I would be a serial killer. Which one you prefer? Marcello shooting in campus or marcello just drinks?Just something I've had to witness destroy people close to me. And I'm familiar with pain and suffering as well as coming on top.
Marcello getting help and not wasting away from alcohol induced rotting.I am not suffering, I drink to survive. Or I would be a serial killer. Which one you prefer? Marcello shooting in campus or marcello just drinks?
It is not that much easy dear, I started to work by 6 in the morning, and it seems that I have to until early in the morning. I am a human too, aren't I ?Marcello getting help and not wasting away from alcohol induced rotting.
In my case, I found that drinking only added another problem. Everybody is different. Some people can take heroine or cocaine without becoming addicted (I've been told). I have less will power. I can get addicted to coca cola.It is not that much easy dear, I started to work by 6 in the morning, and it seems that I have to until early in the morning. I am a human too, aren't I ?
Thank you so much for making fun of my struggle. Really thanks a lot .In my case, I found that drinking only added another problem. Everybody is different. Some people can take heroine or cocaine without becoming addicted (I've been told). I have less will power. I can get addicted to coca cola.
I love it when I'm drunk and in a good mood. I feel invincible and get all horny. When I'm like that, I want to feel like that all the time. But then you have to come back down.
No one's making fun of you here.Thank you so much for making fun of my struggle. Really thanks a lot .
Coke is loaded with sugar and caffeine, so it actually is addictive. Caffeine abuse and addiction is actually very widespread and rampant throughout our society, but because hardly anyone wants to have honest and truthful discussions about drugs and just stick to demonizing illegal drugs, very few people actually care or are aware that millions of people are addicted to it (an estimated 3 out of 4 users are addicted, probably more than 50 million people).I can get addicted to coca cola.
I know it's not easy (I've dealt with my own addiction/binge problems before). Drugs are easy, but drugs will never make things better, and making things better is hard. But it's better than expensive habits that slowly rot your body from the inside out. Drugs can help give a temporary relief, they can even be fun, but using them to cope with the world only hurts you in the end.It is not that much easy dear, I started to work by 6 in the morning, and it seems that I have to until early in the morning. It also dulls nerve endings, which can reduce and eliminate pain temporarily. Before my last knee surgery, while I still had a torn cartilage and ligament, getting drunk was the only time my knee didn't hurt. People drink for different reasons, so you really can't assume why. But, regardless, it doesn't work as a coping method. That's the dopamine. Alcohol gives you a dopamine hit for the first few drinks, but from there its depressant effect begins, and it all starts going downhill.
I used to like this girl a lot... when she picked some other douche instead of me I felt like this
However, after time, I'm starting to forget everything about her. And I think it might be because I have been drinking heavilly. I used to be addicted to spice, and that wiped a LOT of my memory.
but I cured myself of that addiction... no rehab, no counselling... nothing... it was all by myself. I even cut drinking all by myself.
.
Hope so. Unless you haven't started an addiction to alcohol, there is no problem there and you did achieve your purpose. Just like you turned to alcohol, there are people who turned to music, arts or mathematics (under such situation) and turned it into an obsession - eventually they contributed a lot into these.Did I achieve the purpose I began drinking for? To forget her? I'm not sure if it was the booze or the time.
Sorry that my post came across that way. That wasn't my intention.Thank you so much for making fun of my struggle. Really thanks a lot .
Yep pure beautiful alcohol, mm, mmm. It's called ALCOHOL (specifically ethanol).
