Well - you being anyone.

If you believe that God - or whatever - is a Creator - then It/He/She has the will to Create things.

Perhaps it has purpose - or perhaps not.

I guess I don't understand what you mean by "will" - you mean God's own will - what IT/He/She does - or a desire for It/He/She for me to do something?
