I have no idea, but I suppose if I were in God's place, looking down at the Earth and humanity, I'd probably get drunk.

No idea, but God seemingly has provided a natural process for fermentation to occur (even without human involvement) and which many non-humans take advantage of apparently. And such happening in humans long before the concept of God even formed most likely.
