No it matters because it makes me look like im not answering you fully. I dont take your warnings because I'm not afraid of you or anyone from this religon anymore. I may be trapped in it but i will make my way out the other side with sound logic and science instead of your imaginary friend. I'm not worried about your warnnings.

If god really loved us and was an all loving god like a daddy, why would people have cancer? or why would kids be born deformed? Why would he do that to the children he cherishes so dearly?

Oh, you have edited your post. OK. How is it that you cannot discern whether or not that I am JW? And if so, does it make a difference whether one grows up in it or comes in later?

Did you know that if you were to do a google search by typing in "Jehovah's Witnesses" that about 80 of the first 100 hits will be of a derogatory nature if not lies and hate outright?
I have been through all this stuff before countless times. I know all the tricks that have been used. I recognize all the crap immediately, it was so obvious.
Thanks for being honest by posting the link, many wouldn't have done that.
If I ever assume, I will say so. In this case, it was just typical.

I started studying, reluctantly I might add, in 1996 at the age of 42. Baptized in 1998.
In 1997, when I was working in construction, Satan sent to me a plumber who did everything in his power to get to flee from the congregation with accusations and lies that were way beyond the realm of what I have ever faced on any forum. All that did was strengthen my resolve to become stronger spiritually.
If you notice on my avatar, it says "Exiled from the HoC" Yes, I was banned for fielding attacks similar to what you two kids attempted tonight. Unfortunately the harshest attacks came from so called "ChristianS" One was the moderator who had the power of life and death at her finger tips.
Specifically, I was banned for using the term "web sites of lies and hate".

You see, some people are more than happy to dish it out, but can't take it when they are proven wrong or fraudulent.

But I must apologize because I did set you up, because I knew what the Watchtower said about 1975, and I had an article ready that you will never see on the web sites of lies and hate which basically in more detail say the same things that your article said.

As you can see, 9 years before the fact, this warning was put out there not to start any rumors. But the rumors started anyway, and whose fault was it that they were believed? The people who fell for it!


They should have been paying attention.


The web sites of lies and hate are quite skillful in the way they present their deceptions. They are designed to confuse, confound, and outrage the ignorant.


So be careful, dump Jon (if he really is your boyfriend) and get back to meeting. This atheism crap is too unbecoming.​

anyways lets get this back on track and keep to the topic of god being a good parent or not.
i personally believe that if he does exist, he is a terrible parent. what kind of parent throws their child out in to a harsh and unforgiving land, and does not ever speak to them directly? only through the pages of a book?

The reasons I think god is a bad father if thats what you call him is that he commanded his people to kill other people, who were also his children, and to eat their families and to drown and many other things. He caused them to go blind and caused lot to lose his wife simply because she turned back to look at her HOME get burnt or w.e torn to peices.
not to mention the other countless failures he has done according to the bible.
