I would like to answer with a quote:

It could go either way. Since God is everything, including the combatants, protestors, etc., you could say it takes all sides. But since "a point in every direction is the same as no point at all," it effectively takes no side.

Biblically speaking, yes God takes sides on everything including war. Not sure if your question was aimed at one particular God or not.

Where did anyone in this thread say that god makes war? The question was does god take sides in war. You don't have to start something just to take sides.

since man make wars G-D has to fix it witch does involve taking sides, but i believe He takes the side of those who suffer. meaning He takes the side of those who are attacked no matter of their believes and even if there are any.
