What is it about his teachings that causes you disharmony?

His teachings are more enlightening than all the other apostles combined, nearly.

I think the biggest issue is his delivery and probably because of his strong "D" personality (a necessary ingredient for what he was called to do)
So a "compassionate" driven personality would say the same think but in a different tone.
But his wisdom and revelation is incredible. Some say because he only knew the risen Lord and not like the other Apostle knew Jesus in th flesh (The Word made flesh)

I am uncomfortable with Paul for his Hellenist/Roman influence on Christianity, and the Trinity in Roman Christianity.

Christianity was not originally Hellenist/Roman religion, nor is the Trinity original with Christianity.

The Trinity. There are other issues, but that is the elephant in the room.

I do not consider the Trinity a multidimensional God. I consider it Hellenist/Roman Tri-theism.
God does not have dimensions.

usually Paul is not understood. After I figured out what he is about, my "disharmony" had gone.

He is the master of the run-on sentence. A good English edumacation helps.

may not work at all, especially in a latter written to two different readers on the same page, several sentences to one several to another and no demarcation lines.
