Does the body starts to fall apart...?

I'm 62 and far as I can tell all of my chronic complaints are from injuries or abuse rather than age:

Tinnitus from using power tools without ear protection or just being in the wrong place at the wrong time too many times.

Problems with my right knee from an old bicycle injury (this is actually better than it was 20 years ago).

Repetitive stress syndrome from using my phone too much.

I'm a strong believer in what Indiana Jones said, "it's not the time it's the mileage".

I think if you stay active and otherwise take care of yourself you can stay young for a long, long time.

Does the body starts to fall apart once we hit the 30s? At what age do you start to feel old?

I'm in my early 30s but i often feel exhausted. Things that i loved doing like running, cycling, travelling in my mid twenties, i can't do anymore. What are your thoughts?

I just turned 60, and while my knees are not happy about my decades of running, I feel good! I mostly walk and dance now, but still work out with weights. Last year I tore my meniscus from doing deep squats, and am kicking myself for it, unless it hurts, then I let someone else do it. I totally miss playing racquetball though and always will. Menopause does a number on your skin for sure. Ugh.

I'm 76, and I gonna have to brag a bit:
- i walk 1&1/2-2 miles 6 days a week [or its equivalent]
- mow my own lawn [I did that today]
- shovel my own snow [I live here in Michigan]
- I spend as much time outside as possible, no less than 1 hour [Swedish tradition, btw] including in both cold and hot days [your body adjusts]
- I watch what I eat but could lose a few pounds-- or more :(

My motto is "use it or lose it", so I just try and keep moving.

Good luck with your routine-- "nose to the grindstone" ;)

Since when did you start uttering the name of Allah? lol
All in friendly fun. I do it frequently at home.
Also 'Aleyhi assalam', 'Wa ʿalaykumu s-salāmu wa-raḥmatu -llāhi wa-barakātuhū', 'lā ḥawla wa-lā quwwata ʾillā bi-llāhi l-ʿaliyyi l-aẓīmi' and 'bi-smi llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīmi', 'Al-Hamdu Lillahi Rabbil-'Alamin', 'Subḥāna rabbiya l-ʾaʿlā wa-bi-ḥamdihī', 'Jazāk Allāhu Khayran'. etc.
Out of @Aupmanyav , I assumed it was sarcasm...
No sarcasm, just fun.
