Does the Following Prove That Jesus Legally Owns America? Read and Find Out...

Hundreds of years ago a group of people suceeded from the government that said it ruled over them. They have since been told they are under another government with a constitution and other laws. This group of people were never truthfully under the constitution and these other laws and their ancestors are not under these laws either. These people were and are and always have been since the Declaration, free to love limitlessly, being guided by, but not condemned by the law of God. Why are they truly free to love and no law has power over them? Because God created them all as baby's in their mother's womb and gave them certain rights that cannot be taken away no matter what, according to the bible. What famous document says the exact same thing? "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights" - Declaration of Independance. Since God created the universe through Jesus He owns everything in it and can give rights to whomever he pleases and these rights cannot be taken away. The declaration says that our Creator created us and endowed (gave) us certain unalienable rights (rights that cannot be taken away). So a question that arrises to me is: Who is "Creator" according to the Declaration of independance? Whoever this "Creator" is His law is used to justify the entire Declaration which would make his law the actual law instead of the consitution, according to the declaration, because the declaration predates the constitution. I believe that this "Creator" in the Declaration is the same God who created the universe through Jesus in the bible and I'd like to see if anyone can prove me wrong. Jesus fullfilled Moses's law and freed us from being slaves to it through his life and sacrifice. We are free to love limitlessly, with the law of God being our guide but not condemning us. If the God of the bible is the "Creator" mentioned in the Declaration then we are actually not in slavery to His law, we are simply free to love limitlessly with His law as a guide that does not condemn us because in the bible, Jesus fullfilled the law in every way through his life and sacrifice, taking away it's requirement for attaining salvation. We are now saved through Jesus's grace on the cross and our belief in him. Matthew 22:34-40 (KJV) 36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." So if we believe in Jesus we should try to do what he does and the proceeding passages tell you what he most valued and that was to love God and others. So we are free though Jesus to love limitlessly without being burdened by the condemnation of the law. Such a shame that we REALLY suck at that. Moreso, in fact, than some other countries.

We may not be part of the English Commonwealth, nor subject to the English Crown, anymore; yet English remains our dominant language.

For instance, if I don't clear the ice from my front walk and the mail carrier slips while walking to my mailbox, I'm liable.

If Jesus owns America, should Jesus be named in negligence lawsuits?

After all: every time someone drives drunk and kills someone, it was actually Jesus' car and he failed to secure it. I could understand this happening once or twice, but considering how many drunk driving fatalities happen in the US every year, I think this shows a pattern of behaviour on the part of Jesus.

Jesus He owns everything in it and can give rights to whomever he pleases and these rights cannot be taken away.

Neither Jesus nor any "creator" gave us those "rights".

Men with guns gave us those "rights".

And those men who did so were hypocritical in their own right as they did not view the black man or the Native
American (or, basically, any other non-European) a "man" with inalienable rights.
