Doesn’t with every scientific exploration?

Is Mathematics the only source to measure truthness or otherwise of Truth?
Is that what one believes? Please
Truth is not dependable on Mathematics.

No. And it is certainly not often found in so-called revealed scriptures, either.

Unclear.

The intent may be to hint that we will ultimately have less doubts in our lives if we choose dogma over scientific knowledge.

With the inherent assumption being that doubt, or recognition of ignorance are negative things.

Which sounds like baloney.

Doesn’t with every scientific exploration* humans realize that it has expanded the level of the unknown** to enormous proportions?

*Antonym: Ignorance
**Synonym: Ignorant

It might in some way elevate our awareness of how much there remains to know, but it does not literally "expand" the quantity of the unknown. That quantity is fixed, because there is probably some finite quantity of things to know. Everything we learn takes something from that unknown category and puts it into the known category, thereby reducing the quantity of unknown things.
