Was it sleep paralysis or a spirit?I woke up and couldn't move.When all the sudden I felt hair on my face and my lips being kissed.what do you think happened?

Well, sleep paralysis is a well defined and understood (if not completely) medical condition known to cause exactly the kind of symptoms you describe and spirit is a generic term for a vast range of different concepts, none of which are well defined or have any kind of definitive supporting evidence. I think what you experienced was a SP.
In the paranormal field, SP sessions are caused by spirits or malevolent entities.

Yes, I believe what you described was an attack by a succubus. There are ways to banish one, but it isn't an easy task. You can go the Christian route (pray to God and/or command the spirit to leave in Jesus' name) if you want, but if that doesn't work out for you, then send me a private message and I can offer you some advice on how to rid yourself of this malevolent entity. I could've sworn cuz I remember the thread Hammer is talking about you did say she was a Wiccan. But perhaps im misremembering. I have a terrible memory and I can't go back as the posts have been deleted. So imma let this go and give you benefit of the doubt. For now. But that story since you first told it to me has been fishy from the start.
Edit: do you mean you were 18 when your wife told you? After all you said your wife was a child when said event happened.
