I was not surprised that the DOW bounced back up and then bounced off the major resistance line. It is most interesting if it breaks below 23,900. If it does than if prudent "Katie will bar the door". The consistency of these point and figure charts used to surprise me ... not so now. Too many years using these charts for investment decisions. The market may well go sideways, like a crab, forming a triangle and finally breaking up or down at its point. That will be most interesting.
