Down with Deut?

Many moons ago I was essentially assigned my avatar some forum member(s). I must admit that I've grown attached to it. My username, however, is a somewhat different matter. You see, I'm not overly fond of the typical 'deut', yet I also recognize that "Deut. 32.8" is somewhat cumbersome and hardly the type of name that rolls off the tongue.

So, while I fully recognize that I'm opening myself up here, any suggestions?

I am drawing a blank. I don't know very much about you because you do not post very much about your personal life on here. Give us some info to chew on for this. Perhaps:

1) Names you are considering and/or
2) A few things about you. For example, maybe a first name, a hobby, general interests ect ect ect.....Although Maize's idea was pretty funny!!:jam:

Well, we might from his posts. I hate the 'duet' that people have tried to hang around your neck Deut; I don't know why, but I keep getting "Thor" in my mind.

Deut, I'm tempted to suggest "Razor Breath" in recognition of your sharp wit, but I think your insight is even sharper than your wit, so I'm sticking with something that has "hawk" in it.

I find that interesting. I've talked about the death of my daughter, my grandkids, my age, my early activity in the civil rights movement, my vacation to Israel - I thought I had been fairly forthcoming.

On the other hand, I really do (mostly) try to stay on topic. Posts like...
