Dreams

A few minutes after I woke up from this disturbing dream, my husband called and told me that his mother just called him to tell him that his uncle was found dead. He was found slouched over at his kitchen table. He was a deeply troubled man who had endured a difficult existence throughout his life. I have no doubt whatsoever that he is unable to cross over into the spirit world because of his mounting troubles in his last days and the suffering he endured in his life. It breaks my heart, but I don't know what I can do about it.
Why do you think that his mounting troubles in his last days and the suffering he endured in his life would 'prevent him' from crossing over?
I would think that would be a reason why he would want to cross over and leave this world, which is a dark and narrow place.

Before I forget this dream I had last night I want to share it, because it was kind of unusual for me.
This is connected to the TV experiences I have been having, when the TV in the bedroom goes on all by itself, which @Sgt. Pepper knows about.

I don't usually remember dreams for long after I wake up and most dreams I have are really garbled, but this one was clear. The volume on the TV in the the living room suddenly went up all by itself and I asked "Is that you Lewis?" and suddenly I saw him sitting on the floor. It was clearly him, and he looked like his former self when he was younger, long before he became ill. He looked happy, and I cannot remember the last time I saw him happy in life.

I have never seen a visual of any person who has passed on in any dreams so this was a first.
I have seen a few visuals of cats that have passed on, but never a person.

My mother had this experience regarding her husband.

All you need is love.

He had a great deal of unfinished business in his life due to his own poor decisions and mistakes, as well as how some of his own family members and others he knew had treated him. As I said, he was a deeply troubled man. Given all the difficulties he endured during his life, I have no doubt that he is now an earthbound spirit struggling with unresolved issues and unrelenting emotional anguish. I don't think that he is able to cross over yet. He may even be in denial of his death. I explained in another thread why I believe an earthbound spirit could be in denial of their death (see my post here). I would like to go to where he lived and find out for myself if he crossed over or not, but there's a bitter and hostile family feud going on between his son and other relatives, and I don't want to get caught up in it. There is a lot of animosity among his family members right now, so there won't be a funeral. My mother-in-law mentioned a memorial service, but it hasn't been announced yet. My husband suggested that we wait until the dust settles, and then we can go.

I'm so happy for you, that you had this wonderful dream with your husband looking young and happy. May it bring you much comfort.
