Without life, we wont experience those painful things.

But without life, we wouldn't experience those happy things.

We care and do nothing about it because we're a part of the world relentless trend we have no control over, which has no beginning or end, and trying to change or alter it is like diverting the flow of a roaring river with a tooth pick.

You have no ambitions :eek::eek:

Why don't you start searching for the top 100 influential people in the world and see how did they reach that?

You know what they all had in common? Belief

I am not talking about belief in existence of God or not. I am talking about the belief in anything.

So “What we think, or what we know, or what we believe is, in the end, of little consequence. The only consequence is WHAT WE DO" is not very accurate. If you don't believe that you will succeed, you will surely fail.

But I do say that the strongest Belief is the belief in God.

Whether anyone succeeds or not is more about luck than belief, being at the right place at the right time with the right kind experience and the right kind of colleagues and friends. Been there done that more times than I can count.

I knew you where going to say your first sentence.

You lack belief my friend. Make sure to take a look outside of the box you are trapping yourself in. Don't underestimate the power of belief and the power of the heart. They can make wonders.

Do remember these words when you face situations where you think there is no escaping.

Remember you do have the ability to control your environment and you can have the ability to make a difference in many people's life.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society - Jiddu Krishnamurti

I quite like that quote and think it's normal to feel down about the world, IMO, it would be strange if someone thought everything was fine. Personally, hope keeps me going, along with having loved ones. Hope comes from knowing there are other people who are concerned too.

I say keep going and see if you can help (even if a little) towards bettering this home we call Earth.

Unfortunately, life is not idealistic, too many potholes on the road to resolution The best thing we can do is learn to adapt to negative situations, and move on.
