firstly, there is no god only energy, an energy which created itself, replicated and exploded to form what we know as the big bang. over millions of years it cooled to form particles which in turn evolved into atoms, stars, galaxies and planets. everything in the universe is energy and energy is the source from which everything originates.
What do we gain by renaming "everything" as "God?" Does it add anything to our understanding? But there is nothing that isn't God. Compare an atom to our solar system.

This energy that creates itself, replicates itself, and expands is God. But there is nothing that isn't God. Compare an atom to our solar system. You could say that our solar system is just one atom making up the body of God.
God is also personality, and more. There simply is nothing that isn't God. Our idea of God is an evolving concept that has much farther to go than what is already known and understood.
Also, the Big Bang was simply a very temporary opening from a higher density or dimension. Higher density energy (God if you will) poured through and condensed into what we call matter.
