Is anyone having a problem receiving RF notifications in their e-mail?
I have not been getting any e-mail notifications from RF for over two days.
I have Xfinity for my internet and e-mail.

Try unwatching the thread and then watching it again. If its an RF problem that may fix it

It looks like I'm not alone. I notified staff, twice, that the last email I got was the one regarding the CIVID sub-forum. I'd bet there is a connection, but we'll probably never know.

I'll bet that mass email broke email.

I was still getting occasional notifications until August 6. Nothing after that.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy when I have few or no posts to read and answer but I always check my e-mail first thing when I turn my laptop on and I like to see what I might have to deal with when I go on the forum, before I go on the forum. I also like the notifications for a Conversation in my e-mail because it is much faster getting to the end of a long Conversation from the link on the e-mail.

That's a good idea. That way I don't have to check in. But I did try it recently and didn't get emails either

I go the other way,i choose not to have email notifications but one thread i frequent continuously sent emails. Unwatching and watching again cured the problem.

So I don't know if there is a fault (feature) in the system

I should have been getting notifications again. But I haven't. I had no clue until this thread came up because I use an almost throw away email for the notifications.

Friday morning - no emails.
Friday morning - no comments in this thread from RF.

There is a technical problem that is being addressed, but apparently it is taking time so its time to be patient.

So it is now September 5 2022 the anniversary of my last comment and that problem was eventually fixed.

But this time I have not received any notifications since March 15 2022. I am informed that staff are aware of a problem, and that it is being addressed.
