Ecological Overshoot and motivation science: Must healthy economies grow?

The Constitution of my country says that free economic enterprise cannot and shall not be carried out against the Common Good, aka Common welfare of the citizens. Which includes the right to a healthy environment and to people's health.
So...it is not true that economies don't have to be healthy.
;)
Italy....
Lamborghinis, Ducati Panigales, & Ferraris don't
serve the common good.
Just dangerous polluting toys for the wealthy.

At the risk of being rude, I've heard of women "riding".
(There might be videos of such things.)
But electric women?
I guess they're the future.

I immensely envy Netherlands, because the Dutch are eco-friendly people who love to ride bikes, always and everywhere...

Imagine Amsterdam...zero traffic jams, tranquillity and silence.

They are the opposite of my fellow citizens ...that will take the car even if their workplace is just 800 meters away.
You know, because riding a bike or going on foot is uncool, for them.
The sidewalks are completely empty. Just tourists walk.
They will take the car even if in Rome there are buses, trams, subway, taxis, everywhere.

So I went to the internet to find videos of "Dutch women riding"....
