Sen. Bernie Sanders has won his re-election bid in Vermont, the AP projects. No surprise there.

As of this moment, the AP is calling 4 House races for the Dems, 9 for the Reps.

Perhaps the biggest story of the night will be how well -- not just the Democrats -- but the populist/progressive Democrats do. Those are the Democrats in the Bernie Sanders wing of the Party. If they do well, that's huge. If they do well, and establishment Democrats do worse, then that's astronomical.

The Kentucky 6th House district is one to watch. It's really close with 74 percent of the precincts counted. The Democrat is leading by one point. If she wins, it's a sign that a Blue Wave might be coming.
