Would rather people have access to abortion than get stuck with the medical cost in an international medical emergency where emergency hospital access is limited and emergency situations can happen any time.If it is elective, otherwise no.

True. I hadn't thought those details out to that degree. What makes a surgery "elective" is the ability to postpone it without adverse
consequences. Abortion does have a limited window of opportunity, after
which the malady (birth) happens. To deny the surgery is to deny the right.
So it's not elective as a boob job, tummy tuck, pec implant,or face lift are.
I'm all about the abortion.True. I hadn't thought those details out to that degree.
I'm all about the abortion.
I know so many tragedies, ie, people
whose mothers should've had the procedure.
As I've oft said....I never knew you were so pro-abortion.

I'm not merely pro-choice...I'm pro-abortion.
Did you read this linked article? Some of the other procedures, such as having skin lesions removed, could cause a person’s death if not done. What makes a surgery "elective" is the ability to postpone it without adverse

"Natural" & "unnatural" are highly subjective things,In my view, it's an intrusion on life by modern technologies. Something unnatural -so I have no interest in supporting it in any way. But that's just my opinion on the matter.

"Natural" & "unnatural" are highly subjective things,
very often driven by religious myths. I give them no
weight in this matter.
Hell, surgery, anesthesia, & sterile operating rooms
are "unnatural". You wouldn't do without those, eh.
Also cars, computers, internet, TV, air conditioning,
electric power......I'm starting to really like unnatural.
According to the article removal of skin lesions is elective surgery.I didn't read the article.
If someone has a potentially deadly skin lesion, &
time is of the essence, wouldn't that be non-elective?
