Okay, let's try this again, since last time the forum decided to eat my post...
I'm Dani, or Makhsihed, or Makhsi, whichever you prefer. 21 years old, an undergraduate senior in college, vaguely female, a psychology major, and a Kemetic.
Darkhawk's Kemetic FAQ (ecauldron.com/reconegyptfaq.php) gives a good overview of what Kemetism is. Put simply, though, a Kemetic is anyone who follows a reconstructed version of the religion of ancient Egypt.
I'm currently taking the beginner's course at the House of Netjer (netjer.org) which is Kemetic Orthodox, but I've yet to decide whether or not I'll join. I don't yet consider myself Kemetic Orthodox.
I have some general pagan tendencies, beliefs, and practices, so the best term I can think of for my personal religious practice is Kemetic pagan.
If you're curious about more of me (and my writings, and my beliefs, and my life) for some reason and don't feel like asking, you can find more information on my website (dreamofhorn.com/nest).
And that's me, for the most part. Feel free to ask questions.
