It's really not that simple. The electors are in the jurisdiction of the States. It'll have to percolate through each state court, which it has been doing. The fact that this was coordinated across multiple states is the part that will bring it into the federal courts.

We know what they're talking about, and how it's basically everyone who doesn't agree with them and opposes them.
