Not sure what you mean by "but only in the sense that lsrael is in Christ." ? The Church is not Israel if that's what you mean ? ISRAEL is not the church.

Yes, I believe a distinction has to be made.

It strikes me that there is a governmental role for Israel on earth during the Millenium.
