That needs sorting. Go on a Samaritans course , or whatever service/charity you have for contact with very sad folks, or work in a soup kitchen. The busier you are, the easier 'things' can look.
Good! And I am still here. I am the first one to be amazed.OK.... but sometimes your posts look as if your about to chuck chairs about.
I am happy. I am not contented which means peaceful.I have spent time around the mentally disabled, and they are very often very contented and happy. Are you contented and happy?
I have no intention of starting a religion.Savage..... it looks incomplete.
Jesus would want to have his message included in His Creed.
'Don't mislead' would be part, but not all of it.
Stop it! I am not a dog.Remember...... don't bite me!
And He wrote not one word, amazing !

Savage, you don't have a problem, just adjust your beliefs.

I have no intention of starting a religion. .
I have seen RF members leaving debates, ripped to pieces...... I was thinking more along the lines of werewolfStop it! I am not a dog.
I can't join 'em, because I believe in different 'things', but my respect for them is very very high.
I don't know what this means.Ok.... But you are writing to the JW central body with ... um.... 'points'
Well, what about Hamas standards? Here's where I am at. I don't believe in judging folks by my standards (which are cr-p anyway). I try to discover their standards and see how they match up to their own rules, creeds, etc.
I'm sorry that it looks like I do not respect them. Looking from my point of view I see it is they who do not respect me.Using this technique I have come to discover that the JWs are the most consistent folks I have ever known, and also, having listened to and watched them for decades, they are the most trustworthy people I have ever known.
I can't join 'em, because I believe in different 'things', but my respect for them is very very high.
Now, can you explain any problems that you have with the JWs, their faith, their leadership, their lifestyles or anything else? You need to pinpoint this so that I can understand the problem exactly. If you don't believe in something that they do believe, that should not be a problem.... it just means that, like me, you cannot be a JW.
Is this fair?
I understand where you are coming from. I was born and raised a witness and know first hand the damage that they can do. There are many support groups for ex-witnesses out there and I found this to be very helpful. If you follow what is going on with the witness community, you would see they are doing plenty of damage to themselves. Just look at the new June 1 watchtower, it has the F-word written in the smoke on the cover and all of the literature that has been changed because of the hidden pictures. There are many you tubers that are showing them for what they really are. The truth is getting out and I am sure more and more people will start to see it.
I know what you mean. That isnt the sort of mentality a religion should advocate imo, but can be argued as scriptural. I am not fond of the verse in 1corinthians I think where it says its ok to put out your brethren and to not eat with sinners. Quite contrary to the mentality christ was pushing for.I'm sorry that it looks like I do not respect them. Looking from my point of view I see it is they who do not respect me.

Actually I have not been put out. I can go back anytime I want to.
So the idea is the same, change or don't come back?
I meant that I understood that you had written to the JW GB.I don't know what this means.
OK. Let's look at Hamas Standards..... Muslim? Following standards layed down in the Koran? :no:Well, what about Hamas standards?
THey probably do respect your courage and honesty......I'm sorry that it looks like I do not respect them. Looking from my point of view I see it is they who do not respect me.
This is understand......The Jehovah's Witness teach that anyone who will conscientiously reject the faithful and discreet slave who they say is them is cursed. (but they will say they don't say cursed and that is right - it is the easiest word to describe it). I knew Mr. Rogers was a better man than many elders in the congregation. I did not believe that he should become a JW to be saved.

And they really teach a Jehovah's Witness is only anyone who reports time spent in the ministry of preaching God's Word their way.
They declare anyone who has left their organization has left God and Jesus Christ too.
No.... I do not agree. To me you are a person who does not agree with all of the JW religion.Do you agree with them that I am an apostate of God Almighty? Is it OK that they publish that I am an apostate of God Almighty?

Yes. I don't know if they ever got the two letters.I meant that I understood that you had written to the JW GB.
You made the rule that sticking with what one believes in is a good thing. Hamas might believe in getting rid of opposers one by one but the Jehovah's Witnesses believe it is God's job to get rid of them all in one day.OK. Let's look at Hamas Standards..... Muslim? Following standards layed down in the Koran?
I should believe this, but I don't. The forum posters claiming JW status have given me no indication at all that they think I am honest. They are taught there is just one way of being honest, their way. Courage? Maybe some day. LOLTHey probably do respect your courage and honesty......
Yes, I believe in some of it. And I am going to tell you a secret. They might even be doing God's will. :yes:This is understand......
No.... I do not agree. To me you are a person who does not agree with all of the JW religion.
I don't know. I haven't ever wondered if I am, until now....... Answer me this. Are you broken hearted?
Oh! Posting is nice! Thank you.Is there anything I can do or say?
The JWs that I know have found enough to have faith in and then to trust in the guidance of the GB.I don't know. I haven't ever wondered if I am, until now.
Thankyou, Savage. Thankyou.Oh! Posting is nice! Thank you.
God bless you and the missus.
I had faith in God even while I did not know Jesus. Meeting the Jehovah's Witnesses was not what cause faith in me.The JWs that I know have found enough to have faith in and then to trust in the guidance of the GB.
I have found a way. If Religious Education Forums goes away I shall find another way. Life is an exciting adventure walking with The Lord!If you cannot let your difference-of-opinion or faith go then you must find another way.
There is something true about everything. Even Hamas. (please don't hit me)But earlier you wrote that their way is probably true (words to that effect)
I could. Will I? I hope not. If I went back I could not go door to door promoting that religion. I don't think their Jesus is real.so on that premise you could return..
Yes. It's fun though! I am trying to move that mountain. If you ever wake up and notice it is gone think of me. OK?Humility is a very big mountain that we all have to try and climb
You are welcome!Thankyou, Savage. Thankyou.
I agree.
The responsiblity placed on all christians is to preach the good news of the kingdom. The WT organisation is the only christian organisation on earth devoted to helping us fulfill that requirement in harmony with the Bible.
Again, we are agreed. So far...If people dont like the GB, then thats fine. But they should not let that interfere with their responsibility.... let them go and find another organisation who will support them in being a follower of Christ.
And if they can't find another organisation then perhaps they need to take the view of the Apostle Peter who said... "Lord, to whom shall we go away to? You have sayings of everlasting life"
Well, Halleluiah then.Let the naysayers go find their own path to Christ.... we have found one that fully supports us and keeps us spiritually alive. And we love them for their faithful adherence to Gods word and to Christs command.
