Equality and Mixed Gender Strippers

I have been to Europe a few times and I cannot think of any one time I saw this in a strip club, temper this knowledge with the knowledge that I do not frequent strip clubs although I have been to few here in the states drug there by friends. It's not that I have a problem with females shaking their assets (dual meaning implied) in my face- in fact I enjoy that quite a bit but I can get that done relatively free on most nights so why pay a premium for watered down drinks? This does not mean that strip clubs are not entertaining, in fact I find it very amusing to watch crafty females bump and grind ditchdiggers and businessmen alike out of their hard earned cash for an alcohol fueled fantasy that will never happen. If I ever were in a strip club where there were transgendered dancers I hope they hide their package well and only reveal it at the end of their performance, it would be great sport watching some spectators attempt to "save face" afterwards.

I have been asking men mainly if they would feel intimidated attending mixed gender strippers and explain their thoughts. So far, and as expected, most men are not responding – which to me outlines how uncomfortable men are seeing other men being sexualized. Women are constantly being sexualized – full frontal nudity of women is common in movies, but men sure make a fuss when the table is reversed. And from what I know, in Europe – in the name of gender equality – they have mixed gender strippers. The few men that have responded sure are not saying much, which is different than women when they were asked about seeing female strippers (see link above). Come on men!

What do other men think about mixed gender strippers? Would you go? And what do women think of it and do you think it might help men become somewhat aware of being sexualized, where women can salute certain body parts, especially if they are bigger or more creative?

The silence by others -- especially men -- speaks volumes.

Hmmmm....I thought I'd addressed, but I'm not sure.
It boils down thus, for most guys:
- We wanna see naked babes doing bendy things....definitely not guys.
- We don't wanna see naked guys.
- Did I mention that we wanna see good look'n naked gals, but no guys?

OK -- but would you be intimidated by seing a naked male stripper -- someone who usually looks fairly buff and is well-endowed?

Well, now this is a burning issue which we must solve immediately.

I am going to Europe in two weeks. I will immediately take on this assignment, research it thoroughly, and get back with you on it.
Be sure to include loads of pics...
Preferably related to the research topic....

Interesting.
I did not hear a thing.

Silence means just that, silence.
I have often wondered why so many people think silence means they can fill in whatever they want...

Why would I be intimidated?
Or are you looking to find out how many men have low self esteem?
I suspect that most men have low self esteem when it comes to penis envy.
Though I never did understand why so many people, both men and women, are so overly concerned with penis size.

A female acquaintance of mine was telling me yesterday that in her experience male strippers act like the crowd owes them a living, while the female strippers are much more likely to want to please the crowd.

I think my mian reason for posting this is to underscore the douoble standard in society. Females nudity is fairly wide spreak (look at movies) where male full frontal nudity is not. It is not to find out how many men have low self esteem, rather, its about men realizing how normative actions can be detremential to women.
