Eternal

Time doesn't exist anymore than a inch or a foot, IMO. Not a popular position but it deals with a number of paradoxes which would otherwise exist.

A day is how long it takes the earth to rotate back to its starting position. A day doesn't flow anywhere. It is a measurement of change.

I suppose the question would then be, how can the universe infinitely change?
I’m guessing infinite space doesn’t change

It seems to my limited brain, that going infinitely back in time would prevent the present to exist. Because there needs to be a beginning to time. Only in my limited brainpower.

What would prevent it? Remember that there is no infinite wait *between* events, only an unlimited duration prior to any event.

Why does there need to be a beginning to time? If anything, it seems exactly the opposite to me.

Thanks for that. Making more sense to me now.

You are definitely stimulating my thinking.

My error was thinking “eternal” with my time saturated brain.
