mmmm, sounds nice.
The Irish are a nice people. Aren't they?
Would the Irish put garlic in the mashed potatoes? In my experience, Irish food tends to be less seasoned.
And that is too bad. Isn't it?
I love garlic with mashed potatoes.
I'm American, so I do love over-seasoning things.
But when I was a short order cook, I had an Irish couple who would order steak with no seasoning with plain boiled potatoes. I admit, unseasoned food has its place. I sometimes forget what a plain ole potato tastes like.
But I do love me garlic!
OK. I live in Maine. Maine is for people on the edge. There is a man in town who will only eat food that has not been cooked. Am I off topic?
Ayuh! A fellow Mainah!
I know a few people who will throw a steak on the heat, immediately flip it, and call it good.
Maine is so big it might be like we are in different countries. Isn't that so?
Love garlic in everything. It is a great natural antibiotic.
