OK so somebody gave me some sodium pentsathot. How would I know if they didn't? Um. That was so weird I forgot what it was I was meaning to say. It's something about potatoes, I am sure. I know it wiill come to me. If I don't post again you will know I was wrong.

And that is too bad. Isn't it?

I'm American, so I do love over-seasoning things.

But when I was a short order cook, I had an Irish couple who would order steak with no seasoning with plain boiled potatoes. I admit, unseasoned food has its place. I sometimes forget what a plain ole potato tastes like.

But I do love me garlic!

OK. I live in Maine. Maine is for people on the edge. There is a man in town who will only eat food that has not been cooked. Am I off topic?

Ayuh! A fellow Mainah!

I know a few people who will throw a steak on the heat, immediately flip it, and call it good.

Oh you do not believe me! There is a store front. I forget what the name of the store front is. I know the name of the establishment was inscrutable so I asked the lady that runs the lamp store who is neighbors with the mystery store front what is it? And she told me. That is what it is. A store for recipes for uncooked food. I am not kidding.

It is the worship of potatoes that causes no garlic, butter or cream.

I wonder sometimes if the person who says he or she lives in Maine is my neighbor. It is highly unlikely that it is so seeing that Maine is 35,385 sq miles and mostly trees. My sister lives in Maine but to visit her is more than a day trip.

Love garlic in everything. It is a great natural antibiotic.

Hello! Welcome to the forums.

What does it mean please "undecided"? (I let people go off topic on threads I start. It's because off topic is better than nothing. Also off topic is subjective and always will be, I suppose)
