Evidence of God existence

Flame

Beware

I'd argue that Kermit is a better example.

Frater Sisyphus

Contradiction, irrationality and disorder
The best evidence that evidence exists? Or that existence is a proof of evidence that existence isn't in your mind? Or that science is infallible? Or that God is too convoluted an idea to start with, without specifying between a singular concept and a deity? Or just that life is ¶¶¶¶ strange all round?

what is the best evidence of God existence?

None. Dont listen to people who say otherwise.

Not even me. :p

God is such a loaded word. If you are in touch with your own life and the life (not god) within you-say gratitude for living-thats evidence for "god" itself. Not a cause or origin. Not unique and great. Outside of culture and history. Just you.

Everything else is like pen and paper. But you create poetry through the spirit of the heart, intent, and ideas not how thick the paper is and how smooth your pen writes.

I mean, these help express art as a visual medium. But god-starts with you first before you read someone else's experience or practice another person's medium uncalled to you.

First, is all possibility and capability, capacity, creative potential an infinite pool or Database of Potential ?

Can anyone deny that a Database of Infinite Potential exists?

IF not, this database is Bramhan, God. We are a part of this infinite pool.

Easiest way to feel the Supreme is to be Grateful to the Supreme for our existence, our illusory potential, talent, possessions. Our capacity to love, dicipher, plan, create, paint, sing, dance, shape.... comes from this Source of Everything.

e,g,
Say there was this person A,
A was lost
X taught A to cook
Y taught A some accounting and bookkeeping
Z taught A some marketing

A opened a restaurant and it flourished.
Today A is a big entrepreneur

Whom can A give Ultimate Thanks and credit for all achievement?
X? Y? Z? All three?
Then X will say, no credit goes to my mother and her mother and her grandmother.... they taught them to cook,,,,, to the tradition passed down....
Y will say, not me , credit goes to my uncle who taught me
Y's uncle says , credit goes to this School of Business and all professors, principal, ... my parents,.....

So you see,, the train continues and goes way back in eternity

X,Y,Z,A, and all those groups, organizations and individuals they acknowledged are a part of Bramhan, are a part of this Infinite Pool-Database of Potential from which we extract and which never diminishes. It is an Eternal Fountain of Nectar.

The idealism described in this video is the best evidence for something beyond the dogma of realism:

We don't get to choose which quantum state gets realized. But we participate with some greater mind that DOES decide which quantum state gets realized. If our consciousness were not part of this larger Universal mind then we would never have been able to discover the strange rules that govern quantum mechanics. If you accept the falsification of realism as shown in the video then we are not separate from the mind of God. We are participating in it! God is observing us observing reality ensuring quantum states get realized in a timely fashion.

Dogmas have a very powerful grip on people. Most people just ignore the evidence presented in this video or discount it as invalid. But the truth remains. Idealism is currently winning over realism.

Which kind of God?
Self Consciousness would be the best one.

The best one! LOL!!! There are two Gods in each of our minds. The first one is a Self Consciousness one which many people prefer to be the better one to get to know. And another God who is always judging us, and the World, about what is right and what is wrong. Many people have trouble finding peace with the God that is always judging everything.

The cosmological argument: Everything (the universe, reality, existence) requires and explanation, a first cause.

Also:

The complexity of life.
The fact that abiogenesis is statistically impossible
Thousands of people who have claimed to have divine experiences or contact with otherwordly beings.
The scripture.
Historical evidence for the life and resurrection of Jesus

God is the Creator of the Universe

His Creation is the best evidence
So what caused God?
Why does everything require a cause, and why must the cause be God?

The complexity of life.
There's a natural explanation for that.
The fact that abiogenesis is statistically impossible
Bunk. Statistical sleight -of-hand. Manufactured parameters.
Thousands of people who have claimed to have divine experiences or contact with otherwordly beings.
Thousands of people hallucinate every day. It's actually quite common.
The reports of divine experiences and otherworldly beings vary considerably.
The scripture.
Seriously? You know what my next question will be, don't you? ;)
Historical evidence for the life and resurrection of Jesus
Imaginary.

You’ve missed a step in the process. First you need to establish your testable hypothesis. What precisely is God in this context, what features and characteristics would it have and therefore what effects and consequences would that lead to. You can then test for those effects to provide evidence for or against the validity of your hypothesis.

I thought the same, started a thread, but "defining God" just seems kind of a problem

Koan 1 = Show me the sound of 1 hand clapping
Koan * = Show me evidence of God's existence

Koan = a paradoxical anecdote or riddle without a solution.

Thinking of it, I think this must drive Atheists crazy. Science likes to solve puzzles.

The first Koan is kind of "kindergarten" compared to the second one.
