Does Germ Theory have to include how germs came about? Does the Universal Theory of Gravitation have to include how gravity came about?
It would take time, but when we have a complete theory, then these things will have been addressed. Try doing it now and you land up in untruth.

Maybe Isaac Newton had old news when he said he knows gravity by...happenstance. maybe we'll evolve to fly off cliffs, maybe, you think? I can only guess what you'll say...my guess is by you might say: yes, why not?

And what is the impetus for not accepting it? Prejudice?
Because it--the ToE-- has not 'proven' itself to me. Obviously many believe it. Just to say (again), I did accept it in the past. Didn't question it for years, was a scholarship winner, accepted it...I take vaccines, I believe planes fly due to harnessing the forces of nature, but I no longer believe evolution is a truthful fact. Does this mean I think mutations come from God? No, it does not. Does this mean that I think God evolves children born with zika virus? (No.)

We already do this, with either a parachute (base-jumping) or wingsuit. ;)

And?
Lots of humans do not do that. I get the feeling that you think evolution dictates that all living things should be able to do these things? Or something? Hard to tell.
Humans are different in that respect than any other organisms insofar as I know. Maybe you think eventually they can talk to humans and explain their thoughts to humans if they have any thoughts as to why they die? Or. .if they believe in, figured out, evolution. :)

Maybe eventually grow wings?? Evolve...to...that. you think? Why not? Maybe grow gills evolution style to stay under water a long, long time without manmade apparatus, which now you are calling evolution? Not just spare me, but ... .more...

It would be all but impossible for us to grow wings. Or any of your other examples. This is a typical question of those that do not understand evolution. Any change has to be beneficial. How theropods evolved to fly is fairly well understood with various steps improving survivability. What steps could be taken that increase survivability that would end up with humans having wings.

If you had a clue about how evolution works you'd understand why we won't evolve to fly off cliffs.

You don't understand it, YT. I know you've heard this before, but clearly it's true.

How are humans different? Biologically, aren't we like other animals? Do you think we're exempt from the mechanisms of evolution?

Again, you don't understand evolution, or what scientifically literate people are claiming.

As I said, Valjean, humans are so far as I know the only organisms that evidently think about God and why we die. Have you any information otherwise? No matter how 'close' we are in dna structure to anything else.

Don't you think we can evolve as humans to humanoids with wings? C'mon...

So why is it then, that humans can or cannot evolve to have wings that fly?? Please allow this scientifically illiterate person to gaze at a scientifically literate response.

Whales and dolphins spent all their times in water, as well as seals, crocodiles, alligators, penguins, and so on, spent much of their times in waters, none of them have gills.

Penguins have wings, but they are not anatomical designed for flying, but their wings do help with swimming. The speed and power come from their legs and feet when they are swimming, but they cannot run when they on dry land or on ice.

Alligators and crocodiles used their legs too, for both walking and swimming, but in water the real powers come from their tails for propulsion.

While humans may spent times swimming for sports or for survival, the water aren’t their nature habitats, and some people don’t know how to swim.

For there to be physical changes, these changes must be pass to descendants, but not just by single family, no the changes need to occur for populations, for it to be “evolution”.

And the changes you are talking about, occur through Natural Selection, not from Mutations.

And lastly, with Evolution, every evidence point to the extant species move forwards, not backward.

For instances, when the species of fishes develop lungs and 4 bony fins like the tetrapods, the earliest amphibians were able to move and spend times on lands. The 4 bony fins eventually evolve into limbs, hence legs. The more times these amphibians spend on lands, they eventually lost their gills, relying solely on lungs for respiratory systems, evolving into the amniotes.

An amniote is a reptile-like organism, that is a terrestrial tetrapod with vertebrae and lungs.

All other terrestrial animals evolved from these earliest of amniotes: reptiles, mammals, dinosaurs and birds.

There was a split among the amniotes into 2 main branches of amniotes:
  1. the synapsids
  2. the sauropsids
The sauropsids are the common ancestors of reptiles, dinosaurs and birds.

The synapsids are the common ancestors of all mammals.

Some mammals returned to the seas, like the whales, dolphins and porpoises, but kept their lungs, and they still give live birth to offspring like land mammals, and their limbs also didn’t evolve into fins, they are flippers.

And as to humans, they don’t spent enough times in water, to develop gills or fins. There no going backwards or evolving backward for humans. Swimming for leisure/sport or for surviving from drowning aren’t enough to revert back animal much earlier stages in evolutionary history.

Complete theory of what? Germ Theory is not concerned with the origins of germs for it is concerned with the origins of disease, just as the UTG doesn't care about the 'origin' of gravity (heck - they cannot even explain what gravity IS) for it is about how gravity affects objects.
