I thank you for your trying to help me understand, and I see that I can't understand much of the above.
Again at least you are willing to try to learn. It is impossible to understand the evidence in evolution without understanding the genetics which is not the simplest concept when trying to understand all of the aspects of genetics. Hope you will continue to learn.

OK, let's see what's going on here.
So domestic cats have 38 chromosomes and the number of chromosomes for humans is 46. Give or take a few. Before I get to your statement about chimpanzees, can you please explain more about any difference between cats and humans insofar as the chromosomes go aside for the number of them? Are the 38 cat chromosomes in a human? (Let's start there before you get to chimpanzees.) I think it's a fairly simple question, but maybe you know the answer.

I already answered that. No. there are meny genes that are similar, but the chromosomes look quite different:

Cat:

Human:

That said, some of the chromosomes are going to be *similar* and have many of the same genes. Both cats and humans are mammals, after all.

Don't get so angry.
LOL!
OK...
You can look at what others believe, but I really don't know what you mean by the expressions old earth creationists and young earth creationists. I know what I believe (have come to realize), and further, it's not my house. Of course you can always look at your house. :) Whatever it is.

Old earth creationists think the world is billions of years old. Young earth creationists think the world is no more than 10,000 years old.
They use the same source (the bible), yet differ in interpretation by orders of magnitude.

no problem. I look forward to it.
Hey, hope your day is going well for you.

I’m going to reply to these objections, in a separate thread. The first post will tackle the first objection. Hoping I can get to it soon ....I’ve got a lot going on right now. The responsibilities of living, eh?

Anyway, I’ll let you know in a PM when I start the thread.

Take care.

No need to make this complicated. Just post here.

Its a cheap cheap shoddy rhetorical device,
trying to diminish the other person by saying
they are getting emotional, ie losing it, not
being rational.
