Searching for the false claims made by David Mention re" Tiktaalik, I came across this gem:
‘Missing link’ claim for fossils debunked by creationist group
This is from 2006, and written by one "Doug Waters", who studied law and business at Liberty University (of course) - no science background.
And it shows.
Doug even highlights Menton's lie about the bone-to-bone connection:
Poor Doug.... another victim of the Creationism Machine's lies.

Doug even highlights Menton's lie about the bone-to-bone connection:
None of the lobe-fin fish, including Tiktaalik, have bones attaching their fins to the axial skeleton, Menton said.
“This means that these limbs would not be weight bearing,” he said. “I don’t believe the fish walked because the fins that are attached to these bones are delicate.”
