Explosion at Manchester Arena

I could see a speaker blowing as some reports are saying it happened in the back of the arena but wouldn't there have been some sort of audio feedback from the speaker? Most speakers I've watched blow have intense feedback before popping. Balloon? It'd have to be a fairly large balloon to make an explosion large enough to cause people to flee.

Looks like Twitter was wrong, but what can you expect. On Twitter anybody can say anything.

That some people's knee jerk, first reaction is to defend Islam, is a sign of seriously warped psychology and perspective. Although, I suspect some people are not able to actualize these incidents in their minds, in any meaningful way, and may, in fact, subconsciously reject the reality of them. Particularly, people who have no experience with real life hardship or tragedy, which, incidentally, are often people who have the "luxury" of ennui-driven guilt and self-loathing.

The problem is that she hasn’t got a clue what it is that she is protesting about.

The only thing I disagree with is when he said "Now, is it a completely misguided, warped view of Islam? Yes it is.”, but the rest of his comments make a lot of sense and the likes of Andy Burnham should stop trying to defend Islam at any given opportunity.
