@Wasiqul Islam - Just to know where we stand in interreligious dialogue, what are your stances on:

1) Secularism (the complete separation of religion from state authorities)
2) Marriage between two people who love each other who are of the same sex
3) The equal authority of women and men in the realms of religion, interpersonal relationships, politics, etc.
4) The validity of other religions as spiritual paths towards the same goals.

I am replying as points as you have asked.

1. There are interrelation between Islam and Politics. There are laws of Islam which if applied to a country is applicable for that country, or can be applicable for a city whatever it is. There is a term Jihad, one part of which asks war with the criminals who are harassing/terrorizing/torturing innocent people. Other parts of jihad is the inner development of soul and restrain sour from evil works. The later type is the most important Jihad. This type of work is also done by the police in a country. I am am not able to stop criminals then at least I have to hate him as recommended by Islam.
2. This kind of relation is not considered as marriage and is a great sin according to Islam and punishable if Islamic law is applicable. This kind of relation is also a threat to humanity. Historically Allah destroyed some clans those were involved in such sins which is described in Quran. To know more, learn about the prophet "Looth".
3. Man and women has equal authority in realms of religion, interpersonal relationship, politics etc. Women can have their own income and savings, similar for man.
4. Every religion that has a holy book was probably originated from Allah(the God). The first man Adam also had a religion called Islam. But those holy books were not written at the time of arrival. So, day by day they may have been changed, also people altered some of those verses intentionally to get some personal benefit(unethical) from it. But "Quran" appeared last and appeared in the "Written Historical age" and was written after arrival so that its verses are kept intact. As you have born with religion that is not Islam, Allah may consider that in a sense that you are inherently born with an old religion probably which may or may not have a holy book but that may not have been written just after its revealed. In short, all the religions were called Islam by Allah when they appeared but afterwards the books may have been altered or forgotten a bit and probably the name of the religion was changed too. Only the holy book "Quran" was written just after its revelation. But reading an old holy book and not knowing much from it because its already modified tends to lead to wrong path which is not recommended. As long as you can believe you are following a true religion your are ok but when you have question in mind then if you don't seek for the truth it goes against you and may lead you to wrong path and you may become loser. But if you are a good people and do no harm to innocent people then you may be considered by Allah and he can forgive you if he wills.

A person once asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "What is faith?" The Prophet replied: "When a good deed becomes a source of pleasure for you and an evil deed becomes a source of disgust, then you are a believer." He was then asked: "What is a sin?" The Prophet said: "When something pricks your conscience, give it up." Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 8
