Hmmm...
Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids (I adore Bill Cosby)
Bugs Bunny/Warner Bros. (mostly Bugs Bunny)
Scooby Doo, Where Are You
The original 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (they were very funny-opposite of the comic)
Fairly Odd Parents (my kids watch it and it makes me laugh)

Smoke

Done here.
The Best:
Invader Zim
Samurai Jack
The Boondocks
Classic Looney Tunes (1930-1963, plus Roadrunner cartoons up to 1966)
Futurama
King of the Hill
The Simpsons
Foamy the Squirrel

Also good:
Bobby's World
Rocky & Bullwinkle
Adventures of Jimmy Neutron
Animaniacs
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Johnny Bravo
Powerpuff Girls
Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy

Yeah! King Of The Hill, Samurai Jack, Powerpuff Girls, Betty Boop & anything Tex Avery...especially Droopy.

Of course, I'm partial to the Scotsman on Samurai Jack.
