Ty Revolvingist for reminding me of Nightmare Before Christmas. And since you said Beauty and the Beast- Aladdin!

And a little off the beaten path.....
A Clockwork Orange (Alex's "Sing'n In The Rain" is the most disturbing version yet.)
Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Bob Hoskins as a song & dance man....great!)

Does The Wall count?

I'm not a big fan of musicals. Actually I hate them.

I didn't hate Repo! The Genetic Opera so I guess that counts as a like. Put it at number 2 and call that and The Wall the only two musicals I like even though they don't compare for me because I loved The Wall, Repo not so much.

EDIT: if Team America counts as a musical, I liked that too.

Oh Moulin Rouge is excellent. Terribly sad and tragic, but beautiful

It is. The amount of time put into it's production must have been staggering. Police, Elton John songs resung.....gorgeous scenery......all star cast. Luv..the moon. Im not a fan of romantic chick fliks per say, but here was a beautiful exception. A timeless musical in my library. I still listen to the soundtrack as well. :0)
