Feri Tradition Reading List

I'm interested in learning more about the Feri Tradition, but that's rather difficult as it's still mostly a closed initiatory tradition.. Are there any strictly Feri books/sites you guys would recommend for someone who's interested in expanding their pagan horizons? (Hint to MoonWater ;))

You should check out Evolutionary Witchcraft and Kissing the Limitless, by T. Thorn Coyle. From what I have heard they are good books on the Feri Tradition.

(hint taken. lol) The spiral Dance talks about Paganism in general with a feri tradition bent to it since that is the primary path of the author so it's a good place to start for begginners. feritradition.org is a good site for information and the wikipedia article on feri provides a nice and accurate summary last I checked since most of the information there comes directly from feritradition.org.

I've bee reading evolutionary witchcraft but that book also gets a lot into the various practices and what not so I would reccomend getting a feel for the basic ideas of feri from spiral dance and the site I mentioned before breaking that one open.

If you're interested in really delving deep, the guy I'm going to be taking classes with, Storm Faerywolf, offers long distance and in person classes that you can sign up for making it easy to take his classes even if you live out of the area. Here's a link: Faerywolf: Feri Tradition

If you(or anyone else) have any specific questions I'll do my best to answer them or find an answer. So feel free to ask.

Yey! Thanks :)

I've heard/read about Storm Faerywolf... I like all those different pentacles and using them for meditative purposes... that's something I would incorporate in my own studies.

Indeed. It's one of the primary things that attracted me to feri. The other aspect that attracted me was the concept of the three souls. Storm is great. I've been in feri ritual circles led by him a couple times already and he really has a way of drawing you in and keeping the atmosphere serious and ritualistic while at the same time fun and there's no mistep if a mistake is made, we just laugh about it and move on. this gives the rituals a very easy feel and I think this makes the rituals even more effective, at least for me, than they would be if they were strict and perfectionistic.
