Maybe tittles is spelled wrong. Let's find out.
Someone asked me if I know every jot and tittle in the Bible but I didn't even know what jots and tittles were. Now that I do, I don't understand the question much.

Jesus was a Jew. There were a few sects in Judaism then and now. Pharisees followed written scripture + an oral tradition/law (Talmud). Pharisees became Orthodox Judaism. Sadducees rejected the oral law and so did a few other sects. Modern Karaite Jews also reject an oral law. Jots and tittles refer to 'writing' ... they don't exist in oral issues. Jesus was saying nothing would change regarding 'written' scripture law. He often showed he prioritized written scripture when he argued with Pharisees over their oral traditions, which he claimed often ignored or disagreed with permanent written scripture.
