Doesn't know that yesterday I perfected a sammich -- a roast beef po-boy that was even better than the one I can get from my favorite po-boy place in New Orleans, so that I was the hero in the house and even got bowed down to -- and I didn't even make him one. Hah!

However, he obviously has not experienced that a really great roast beef po-boy, where the French bread is very light and crispy, with lots of gravy, dressed of course (that means lettuce, tomato and pickle) is closest thing to food-heaven to be experienced upon this earth!
