So, our hospitals and mortuaries should be fairly busy.
Flu in the worst case leads to pneumonia . I am trying to see where is all that is?

Worst case for the flu is not just pneumonia. The flu can be a contributing factor, or secondary cause, to death.

Who knows... see nothing about flu, but know that symptoms are very similar. CDC site says that test tells you that you have virus but specifies that it may not be the reason why you sick.
