Secondly do you know what is meant by Saudi?
Thirdly do you know who was behind the founding of Saudi Arabia?
What I mean by Saudi is something from Saudi Arabia. A citizen, some petroleum, an ideology or anything that comes from there. One of my favorite RF members is a Saudi.

My understanding of Saudi Arabian history is weak. My vague knowledge is that a warlord named Saud conquered himself an empire on the peninsula. He got his monarchy recognized as a nation in the mess after WWI by trading oil concessions for protection by western powers.

Forth what crime did RB commit?
Here is the important question. Here in the west we call it a "thought crime".
Badawi did nothing evil. Nor did he advocate violence or destruction. What he did was describe how he thought the human situation could be improved. That's all he did.

I've read some of his stuff (or at least translations of it). I did not agree with him about everything. But nowhere did he advocate anything the least bit immoral or destructive. What he did was point out the flaws in Saudi culture and suggest improvements.
Now the Saudi government is claiming to be a leader in human rights. So they are going to torture Raif Badawi to death to prove it.

Raif Badawi is just one guy. Its a violent world. But what makes this important is the context. This is the top judiciary of the world's most Islamic country. It is not some French crazies or Afghani teenagers. There is no "well, they are not TRUE Muslims", because they are. They are the Muslim elite.

And what these Muslims are doing is torturing someone to death for having a different opinion than they have. And Muslims across the world think that is OK. They will riot over a Danish cartoon, but ignore Muslims torturing someone to death for disagreeing with the Muslim elite.

That is why this matters. It is Islamic morality in very big letters.

There is lot to learn my friend and we are living in a World of deceit so don't believe everything that you read in the media.
Do some research and you will learn why we are close to end times.
